Referral Voucher Terms and Conditions

DEFINITION OF TERMS

Referral is the act of directing or redirecting someone to a professional or appropriate people or agency to address their needs.

Referrer is a person who recommends his or her contact to a certain agency or professional.

Referee is a person who was referred by another person.

This Referral Voucher is issued by MY PATHFINDER and is subject to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Eligibility

  • The Referral Voucher program is open to all new and existing Referrers of Mypathfinder Consultancy.
  • Participants must be of legal age and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • The agent must have a good standing and no history of misconduct to be eligible for a voucher.

2.  Referral Criteria

  • The Referral must be a new Referral and not already a lead of Mypathfinder Consultancy.
  • Referrers are eligible to receive a Referral Voucher if their Referral was assessed or processed by Mypathfinder Consultancy and has received a Visa Grant.

3. Referral Process

  • Referrers can refer friends, family, or acquaintances to Mypathfinder Consultancy and must provide the contact details of the Referral.
  • Referrals must be submitted through Mypathfinder Consultancy’s email, the Company Director’s social media messengers (e.g. Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, etc.) or the Company website at www.mypathfinder.com.au.
  • The Referral must mention the Referrer’s name during their application process or as per the specified Referral procedure.
  • The Referral must fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 2. 

4. Reward

  • Referrers will receive their rewards from Mypathfinder Consultancy within 30 days after the Referral has obtained a Visa Grant.

5. Limitations

  • Any attempts to manipulate or engage in fraudulent activities, including providing false information, may result in disqualification from the Referral voucher program. Mypathfinder Consultancy reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected fraudulent activities.
  • The Referral Voucher can be redeemed for cash only.
  • The Referral Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
  • The Referral Voucher cannot be redeemed by anyone other than the Referrer unless written consent is provided from the Referrer.
  • Mypathfinder Consultancy reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the program terms and conditions will be communicated to participants through appropriate channels.
  • Referral Voucher program participant information will be treated in accordance with Mypathfinder Consultancy’s privacy policy. Referrers and referred applicants may be contacted by Mypathfinder Consultancy for program-related communications
  • Mypathfinder Consultancy reserves the right to interpret and make final decisions on all matters related to the referral program, including eligibility, rewards, and any disputes.
  • Mypathfinder Consultancy is not responsible for any taxes, as required by law, arising from the provision of the referral gift(s).
  • Referrers cannot refer themselves. The referee and the referrer cannot be the same person.

6. Validity

  • A Referral can only be referred to the company once, and the first referral counts only.
  • The Referral Voucher can be claimed one time and cannot be claimed again. 
  • The Referral Voucher is not valid if altered or revised in any way.
